Now it was hard for me to accept Toyota and Lexus recalling cars, considering their quality control methods but to have Ferrari recall their cars that is unacceptable! People pay thousands of dollars for such a car and expect to get the best sport cars out there, not moving bombs!

The Italia cars run for around $260,000, which is about KD 85,000. The owners with the burnt cars will receive new models of the cars as a replacement. The current Italia owners sending their cars in will get them modified and shipped back to them. Ferrari claims the problem was traced back to adhesive used in the wheelarch assembly. (BBC)
